At Sneakers Buzz, we mainly ship to Canada and the United States, but we can also send to other countries if you request it. In Canada, we use Xpresspost with Canada Post. For the USA and other international locations, we partner with DHL and UPS to ensure your sneakers arrive quickly and safely.
Your order will arrive within 7-10 business days. Shipping is free for all orders within Canada. For the United States, shipping costs $25, but some products qualify for free shipping. If you’re ordering to another country, shipping fees will depend on your location and current rates. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package online.
If you need to return an item, you have 7 days after purchase to do so. The items must be unwashed, in their original packaging, and never worn. Please note that sneakers cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at manager@sneakersbuzz.ca with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will help you through the return process.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store credit right away. If you need a different size or another product, contact us to arrange an exchange. You will need to pay for the return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid labels. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will replace it quickly. We do not charge any restocking fees, and any changes to our return policy will be shared via email.
